How much does shipping cost?
Within the U.S.A. We offer ground shipping for a flat rate of $4.95 for orders under $50; orders $50+ ship free. We ship within 2 business days and normally arrive within 3 business days later.
Overseas: Shipping is a flat $7.95 for orders under $50; orders $50+ ship free. All orders ship within 2 business days but may take as long as 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. See "Overseas shipping" in the dropdown menu below for important details about duties and tariffs.

What's your warranty?
From our components to our sewing quality, Unbelts are made to withstand every-single-day wear. If your Unbelt falls short of our expectations, we'll repair it for free within the following timelines: Intrepid - indefinitely; Classic - 500 wears or days of purchase, whichever comes first. What's your return policy?
We're so confident that you'll love your Unbelt that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days of receiving your order. See "Returns" in the dropdown menu below for the details.
Will Unbelts fit me?
If your waist or hips are between 20" and 54" (for the Classic) or 24" and 58" (for the Intrepid), yes. Unbelts both adjust and stretch, making them really, really size-flexible. We guarantee your fit and comfort - if you don't love your Unbelt, return it within 30 days of purchase with no questions asked.
(P.S. Do you fall outside our size range? Email us for a custom solution - everybody deserves a perfect pant fit.)
Care & washing
Can I really machine-wash my Unbelt?
Yes. Just leave it in your belt loops, use cold water, and hang to dry. To protect your washing machine and Unbelt buckle, turn your jeans inside out and consider using our Best-Ever Laundry Bag - it'll help prolong the life of your denim, too.
It's been fewer than 30 days since my purchase, and I'm not satisfied with my Unbelt. How do I make a return?
First of all - we’re really sorry that your Unbelt wasn’t the solution you were looking for. Please email Kristina with the subject line "Return request" and your original order confirmation (if you ordered on our website) or your proof of purchase (from a retailer).
If all is in order, we’ll supply you with a printable form to send us along with your Unbelt. Please note that you are responsible for return postage, and we highly recommend selecting a tracking option as we are not liable for packages en route to us.
Once we receive your belt, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment (if you ordered on our website) or in the form of a merchandise credit (if you purchased from a retailer). Merchandise credits can be used at www.unbelts.com or www.unbelts.ca and never expire.
What is your warranty?
It’s important to us that you get maximum wear from your Unbelt, and we put a lot of care into the quality of our components and our sewing. We’ve backed both our products - the Classic and Intrepid - with warranties that suit their materials.
The Classic is guaranteed to last for 500 wears or 500 days, whichever comes first. The Intrepid is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
What is covered under your 500-Wear and Lifetime warranties?
We will repair or replace any Unbelts showing defects of materials or craftspersonship that have rendered your Unbelt unable to perform its function as a no-bulk, comfortable pant-keeper-upper.
What isn't covered under your warranties?
Normal wear-and-tear that can be prevented with a little TLC. Examples include, but are not limited to, surface buckle scratches, band lintiness or light pilling, slight waviness of elastic edges that doesn't affect overall stretch and function. To make sure that we handle returns with reasonable fairness, we’re not able accept the return or exchange of items that have been obviously misused or abused.
I need to make a warranty claim. What do I do? Email Kristina with subject line "Warranty" - we’ll get back to you within 3 business days with shipping instructions and an expected repair/replacement timeline.
Please note that your Unbelt *must* arrive to us clean and laundered in order for it to be repaired without health code violations.
Not sure if you're covered? Just email us a photo of the problem - we'll figure it out! If it’s not under warranty, we will offer to extend the life of your Unbelt by repairing it for a reasonable fee.
Will my package be tracked?
When we ship internationally, USPS is required to transfer all parcels to your country's postal service at customs. This means that we are unable to track the package beyond its arrival in your country. If you would like to track your package to your door, or learn if your region is eligible for express service, please email us at email@example.com.
Will I have to pay customs and duties?
We'd like to say no - but it's not up to us. Orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada, the U.S., and China may indeed be subject to to import duties and taxes. They're levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all all additional charges for customs clearance.
As policies and charges vary by country, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
