PERFECT HEMMING
If you're wondering where to get jeans hemmed in Edmonton, wonder no longer.
Our experienced tailors can easily hem your favourite work pants, chainstitch your new selvedge denim, or preserve the look of your perfectly faded vintage jeans with an Original or Euro-style hem.
HIP + WAISTBAND RIGHT-SIZING
Extend your waistband for comfier fit around your tummy and hips, or have us remove fabric for a snugger feel. Our stretch belts are perfect for adding or subtracting an inch or two of waist room, but our sewing team can give you a truly custom fit.
LEG TAPERING
Go from wide-leg to bootcut (and, yes, back again). Our premium denim repair team can add and remove leg width wherever you need it. Pro tip: this is our favourite way to update thrifted jeans.
HOLE PATCHING + MENDING
We know how to patch holes in knees, fix holes near belt loops, and reinforce holey elbows. Choose from visible mending or invisible repair techniques for full functionality that matches your aesthetic.
POCKET REPLACEMENT + REPAIR
Losing quarters? We fix and even replace inner pocket bags, front pockets, and rear pockets so you can keep your cart loonies close.
Do I need to book ahead?
No - you're welcome to walk in any time the shop is open.
However - appointments are helpful if you have more than one pair of jeans, or if you feel your jeans need special attention. This way we’re able to plan our staff capacity so you're helped right away.
What are your turnaround times?
We need one week to complete most repairs and alterations, and we'll set your pickup date with you at your fitting.
We may be able to accommodate rush orders - just ask.
Why do I have to wash my jeans before bringing them in?
Speaking simply - it's the law. We're not licensed to handle unwashed garments, and we could get in big trouble from Alberta Health Services for doing so. Please bring freshly-laundered jeans!
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing is based on project complexity. Furthermore, as a certified Alberta Certified Living Wage employer, we believe in paying our sewing team living wages for their time and expertise.
